This is due to the fact that the body cannot effectively burn fat when trying to compensate for a deficiency.

InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer

Despite being known as a standard health assessment tool, body mass index (BMI) has recently come under fire for oversimplifying the definition of health. First developed in 1832 by Belgian mathematician Lambert Adolphe Jacques Quetelet, BMI was never meant to study single individuals — instead, it was always meant to encapsulate a population's overall health. While a BMI over or lower than the average may be indicative of health problems, it fails to take certain aspects of health other than body fat into consideration.

In comparison, the InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer breaks down the body into four basic components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and total body water. The latter can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water. This helps us understand a patient's fluid distribution in fitness, medical, and wellness contexts.

What to Expect from Nuceria Weight Loss

Once we have analyzed each patient's body composition, we move onto exercise, nutrition, and supplementation. After taking any supplements for the needed period of time, the patient will undergo another body composition analysis to ensure their levels are now adequate.

We will then provide the patient with a personalized meal plan and a consultation with a health coach. The health coach will assess what foods the patient likes and does not like, along with any nutritional foods they may want to incorporate into their meal plan.
